Herb Alston

In the world of real estate, Herb Alston is somewhat of an anomaly. His experience and passion for helping clients complete their real estate transactions are matched equally by his skills and interest in their financial planning. Herb believes that is a power combination that helps you feel confident as every part of your financial needs are under Herb’s careful watch.

As you will discover, Herb’s zest for life is infectious, and his enthusiasm helps make what many investors dread – the financial planning process – actually fun.

Herb is a consummate student of all things financial, naturally inquisitive, and action-oriented with his clients. Herb considers himself unlike other financial professional, and belives you will know if he’s the right one within the first five minutes you meet.

Herb holds a Bachelors degree Business Management & Human Resources from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and an MBA in Global Business from Saint Mary’s College of California of Moraga, CA completed 2018. Herb holds a Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 22 (Direct Participation Programs Representative), and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) licenses.

Nancy’s Role

Nancy Jaurequi’s Grand Canyon Financial Advisors business provided the “Canyon” to Canyon Pacific, making her work and legacy literally part of the foundation of this merger. A career spent in service of her clients, Nancy and Herb’s connection inspired this blending of professional realms. Their shared values, ideas, philosophies, and their vast, complementary areas of expertise made for a natural transition. Nancy knew that the formation of Canyon Pacific was the culmination of their professional ambitions and its establishment is both secured and solidified by their mutual investment in the personal.

When Nancy Jauregui decided to retire from her practice at Grand Canyon Financial Advisors, her priority was to find a partner who could continue to service her clients with the same care and attention as she had for the past 17 years. Fortunately, she needed to look no further than Herb, a long-time friend, and colleague who has expertise in all areas of financial planning and shares her same commitment to putting client’s needs first.
